Chicken and Cheddar Pierogie Casserole

1 box of Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Pierogies 2 large chicken breasts without skin, cooked and diced1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 large can of sliced mushrooms, drained1 can sweet peas, drained15 crackers, crushed2 t. onion salt1 T. pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil pierogies according to package directions, drain and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, mix diced chicken, soup, mushrooms, sweet peas, onion salt and pepper. Cook in the microwave until heated through.
Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cover the bottom with the cooked pierogies. Top with the chicken and soup mixture. Then sprinkle the top of the casserole with crushed crackers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crackers are lightly browned.
