Cheesy shrimp and rice

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1tsp minced garlic1/2c chopped red or green bell pepper1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled1/3c salsa1tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2c evaporated milk, nonfat3tsp canned diced green chilies3c cooked brown rice
Directions
1. In large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute onion, garlic, pepper, and shrimp over medium heat about 5-10 minutes, until veggies are tender.

2. Add salsa, worcestershire sauce, milk, and chilies. Stir in cheese and rice and cook until cheese is melted and well combined, about 5 minutes.

3. Serve and enjoy!
