Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
8 oz. Frozen Cooked Shrimp1/2 bag frozen Broccoli1/2 bag frozen Caulifower5 baby carrots, sliced2 Tbsp. vegetable oil1/4 onion, choppedgarlic powdersaltpepper1 Tbsp. Maple syrup1 - 1 1/2 c. water3 tsp. corn starch1 Tbsp Lemon juice1 Tbsp. Teriyaki SauceI pkg Asian Sides, Lipton Teriyaki Rice1 3/4 c. water
Directions
Make rice as instructed. Place all vegetable oil, vegetables and onion in skillet. Stir fry vegetables until soft (about 5 minutes). Add water, lemon juice, maple, spices and corn starch. Add shrimp. cook an additional 5 minutes or ntil shrimp are pink and sauce thickened. Add teriyaki sauce. Serve stir fry over the Teriyaki rice.
