Florentine Turkey Meatballs

1 lbs lean ground turkey1 10 oz box. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained completely1 egg white1.5 tablespoons Italian herbs1 tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon onion powder1 tablespoon ground thyme3 tablespoons minced onion1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Mix everything together in a big bowl where it's thoroughly mixed. Make into 1 inch meatballs. Bake off in the oven about 365 for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
For me, it made about 28 meatballs. I used an small melon baller to help me with portion size. I also made it where it would 5-6 meatballs per serving.
