Ingredients
1 egg1/4 cup almond flour1 tsp. baking powder2 tbs. coconut oil or butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour in any microwavable dish roughly the size of a piece of bread.
Nuke for 1 min, 20 seconds
take out and let cool

This makes one slice
