Stir-fried pork (with any veggies)

Ingredients
0.5 lb pork1 T cornstarch2 T soy sauce, divided[1 lb vegetables]2 green onions2 cloves of garlic1 T minced ginger1/4 c chicken broth1 T sherry2 T oil
Directions
Marinade pork in cornstarch & 1 T soy sauce.
Mix sauce: chicken broth, remaining soy sauce, sherry.
Prepare vegetables.
Stir-fry: heat half of oil, add garlic & pork. Cook until pork is done. Remove from pan.
Heat oil, add ginger & veggies. Fry 1 minute, then add sauce, bring to boil, then steam until done. Mix in pork, cook until heated through.
Serves 4 (~1 c each)
