Thai Green Curry w/Shrimp and Peas

Ingredients
* Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup * Coconut flavouring, 1/2 tsp * Shrimp, cooked, 85 grams * Peas, canned, 1.5 cup * Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp * *Curry Paste - Green Thai Curry - Thai Kitchen, 50 gram(s) * Macaroni, whole-wheat, 1 cup elbow shaped, cooked
Directions
Saute green curry paste in olive oil.
Mix milk with coconut flavouring
Add 3/4 c. milk mixture to green curry paste
Saute 2 min.
Add cooked shrimp
Cook on low 5 min.
Add remainder of milk, and canned peas
Cook on low 5 min.
Add cooked pasta
Simmer 5 min.
Serve...makes 4 servings
