A great, REALLY EASY marinade I threw together for tofu. Use it in your favorite stir fry or add some cornstarch and use it as a yummy dip! All the BEST Asian flavors together! Ingredients

1 tbp. Light Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
Directions
**Makes about 3-4 tsp., but ENOUGH to marinate 2 servings of tofu!**
1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture into a bag and add some tofu slices (dried first).
3. Let the mixture marinate for at least an hour before eating or cooking.
4. To use as a dipping sauce, simply add about 1/4-1/2 tsp. cornstarch to thicken the mixture, depending on how you like it.
5. Enjoy!
