# Oats, 100 grams # Flour, whole grain, 70 grams # *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 30 tsp # bramley cooking apples, 1950 gram(s) # bertolli spread made with olive oil, 100 gram(s)
This is a double batch recipe I make one and freeze one for another day, if you only want to make 1 just half the recipe but the calories will be the same.
peel, core and cut apples
Place in a pan with 2-3 tbsp of water over on a low heat for 10 mins
pre heat oven to 180c 350F Pour apples into 2 ,1.5 liter dishes. Smooth the surface.
(optional you can sprinkle a little ground cinnamon over the apple before adding the topping)
To make the topping combine the oats flour and splenda, and butter/margarine in a bowl. rub in the butter with your finger tips until the mixture is crumbly. Spread over fruit and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked and golden
