Bisquick HeartSmart Coffee Cake with blueberries

Ingredients
Heat oven to 375Mix 2 cups of Bisquick, milk, sugar and egg in a bowl. Defrost frozen blueberries in microwave, rinse, then fold into batter. Grease round cake pan and pour mixture into pan.In separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter spread together until crumbly, then sprinkle over top of cake. Cook in oven for 20 minutes. Test cake for doneness by putting toothpick in center of cake. If clean, it is ready to come out! Enjoy warm!
