Mac and Cheese with Broc & Cauli

Ingredients
* Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp * Kraft 2% cheddar block cheese, 6 oz * Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 375g * Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped * Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Cook pasta al dente. In the last 2 minutes of cooking add the veggies. When pasta is done, stir in cottage cheese, 1/2 of cheddar cheese, mustard powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with remainder of cheese, and bake for 10-20 minutes until cripsy.
