Spelt Berry Muffins

Ingredients
Wet: 2 eggs1/2c canola oil1/2c brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1/2c rice milk1/4 c chia seeds1/4 c ground flax1 c berriesDry:1 3/4 c spelt flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Makes 12 muffins. One serving = one muffin.

Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.

Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Spoon mixture into a greased muffin tin.

Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
