Ingredients
appleslow fat pie crustbrown sugar splendaground nutmegking arthur unbleached whole wheat flour
Directions
Use 6 inch deep aluminum pie plate.
Line bottom with pie crust.
peel & slice 2 apples, removing core
blend flour, brown sugar & nutmeg
sprinkle flour mix
add raisins around pie
Cover with pie crust making slit in center of pie.
Bake 60 minutes in 350 degree oven until crust brown and filling stops bubbling.


Cool. Serve. Makes two 6 inch diameter deep pies
