Ingredients
2.5 lbs (40 oz) Pork Sirloin Tip Roast - cubed (such as Swift Kirkland Signature by Costco)5 c Butternut Squash - cubed2 c Leeks - sliced, soaked8 T Shallots - diceds2 c Celery - chopped10 cloves Garlic2 tsp Garam Masala1 tsp Sea Salt1.5 tsp Lemon Juice - fresh1/4 c (2 oz) Coconut Milk1 c Chicken Broth
Directions
Prep all ingredients.
Put all ingredients in Crock pot and mix.
Set Crock pot to cook 5-7 hours on Low.
