The Rub¼ cup sea salt¼ cup dark brown sugar2 tablespoon fresh black pepper¼ teaspoon spanish paprika1 teaspoon savory (or oregano)1 teaspoon garlic powder¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon dry yellow mustardThe Meat7 lbs or 2 racks of baby back ribsThe Sauce1 cup of Diana Sauce - Gourmet Western Smokehouse
1.Mix all the rub ingredients together and stir frantically
2.Rub into the meat, as the name implies, don't sprinkle it
3.I like to let the meat rest in the fridge for a couple hours
4.throw it on the BBQ that's running at 350 no big flames, flip it over ever 20 mins until its finishing up. The last 20 mins per side spread the BBQ sauce on the ribs. Be sure to get in between each rib.
