pineapple mango bread pudding

beat eggs and milk together, add 2 tbs of the juice you drained from the crushed pineapple, beat more. Add cinnamon 1 tsp, sugar, and a tsp nutmeg, beat. Cube bread into 2" cubes folding into the mixture. let sit for 15 mins so the bread soaks up the egg mixture. Add mango pieces(chopped 1" sq) and pineapple, fold and puor into greased 9x9 baking dish. I baked at 325 for 55 mins. I also used soy milk due to a severe dairy allergy but u can use any kind. I took 5 lg strawberries, 1 tsp corn starch, a half cup of sugar and 5oz of milk in a blender to make a strawberry drizzle. Tastes best at room temp.
