Ingredients
5 Cups Chopped Turnip Greens1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)1 Onion6 Cloves Garlic1 Dash TobascoSalt - to tasteOptional - Crushed red pepper (to taste/add heat)
Directions
1. Cobine ingredients in large stock pot
2. Cook over medium heat, until greens wither/cook down
3. Stir occasionally until greens reach desired tenderness

    Very tasty.

    My wife had never had turnip greens before. I subbed vinegar in place of the Tabasco because she's not into spice, but these were wonderful.
