Elaine's Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb lean hamburger5 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix1 cup shredded Colby Cheese1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese5 tbsp Chunky Salsa1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup refried beans6 flour tortillas
Directions
Makes 6 servings of about 1 cup each.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a round casserole dish with Pam.

Brown the hamburger, then mix in Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix as described on the packet.
Take the refried beans and microwave until it's warm--about 1 minute. Stir and observe how it is easy to spread now.
Take a tortillas and spread refried beans on it with a knife.
Spoon 2 tbsp of beef onto the refried bean layer.
Add a spoonful of Chunky Salsa
Sprinkle with chopped onion
Sprinkle with cheeses
Lay the tortilla into the baking dish.
Repeat to desired amount--I usually have room for 6 layers.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of last layer.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbling. Serve immediately.
