Cheese Potato Chowder

Ingredients
* Milk, 2%, 1 cup * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Margarine, soft, 0.25 cup * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) * Onions, raw, 1 small * Potato, raw, 7 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * Flour, white, 0.25 cup * Velveeta Cheese Product, 16 oz
Directions
Saute onion in margarine until tender. Add diced potatoes, carrots, celery and enough water to completely cover by 1/2 inch. Bring to a slow boil and cook until tender (approx. 20 min).

Add seasonings. Stir in flour/milk mixture. Add cheese. Stir until all cheese is melted.

Serves 8.
