Banana Bread

3 medium bananas1 C sugar1/4 C unsweetened applesauce1/4 C oil3 large eggs1 tsp vanilla3 1/4 C Flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg
Mash the bananas well. Mix together the first 6 ingredients into a large bowl and stir well. Combine all dry ingredients into another bowl and mix thoroughly. Then slowly combine the dry into the wet ingredients. Pour batter into two greased 8x4 bred pans and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 20 servings (slices).
