Lorraine's Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
8 oz. ground turkey2 Tbsp corn meal1 1/2 Tbsp chili sauce 1 large beaten egg1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped sweet (red, orange, or yellow) bell pepper1 Tbsp finely chopped celery1 Tbsp finely chopped onion3/4 tsp. ground cumin.2 tsp. onion powder3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredient well. Form into a loaf, and bake uncovered at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. If it starts to get dark brown around the edges, it's getting overdone. Should just be golden brown. Makes two 4 ounce servings.
