Pumkin Cheese Pie

Cream Cheese lite, 8 oz Milk, canned, evaporated, 4 oz totalEgg, fresh, 3 large Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cupsPie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.3 cup nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger to taste ( a good tsp each min.)
350 F Oven
Mix egg, cream cheese, vanilla and .25 cups sugar - add to pie.
Mix pumkin, 2 eggs, milk, .3 cups sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
Layer or swirl mixtures together in pie crust. (Cheese mixture first, pumkin on top)
Bake for 50 mins or until the it starts to brown and sets or cracks.
NoTe: you can cut out the eggs and use things like no fat sour cream.
