Ground Turkey for Recipes

Ingredients
2 19.2 oz pkgs 93% lean ground turkey1.5 cups chopped onion1 Tablespoon salt (or to taste).5 Tablespoon black pepper (or to taste)1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Cook all in a pan until done.
Makes 22 servings of 1/4 cup each.
Freeze in serving size packages for that great "fast food" at home. When ready to use, add additional spices to fit the meal.
