Family low Fat Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
sweet raw onion, 1.50 cup, choppedwestern family diced tomatoes no salt added, 1 canQuaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 3 cupsJenny O Ground Turkey Lean, 40 oz hunts garlic and herb, 3.5 cup 1 canEgg whites, 2 serving worcestershire sauce, 3 TB1 can low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
in a large bowl combine all the ingredients except half spaghetti sauce. Blend with whatever spices you like, (we use Mrs. Dash) and then dump into a 9x13 pan. Pour rest of sauce over the top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Great with mashed potatoes and veggies!

    I like them with peas. This sounds great. I don't usually use spagetti sauce since I make my own but I have the cans and now I have a reason to use it. - 12/17/09
