Ingredients
1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup fat free milk1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese2 cups frozen mixed vegetables2 cups cubed cooked chicken2 cups whole wheat egg noodles, cooked and drained3/4 cup low fat, shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup french fried onions
Directions
Combine soup, milk, black pepper, parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, vegetables, chicken, noodles and french fried onions in 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 450 F for 25 min. Stir. Top with 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
