Ground Turkey & Spinach Green Enchiladas

Ingredients
Ground Turkey 93% lean one poundFresh Spinach 4 cupsRaw onions 2 cups choppedcorn tortillas 8Green Enchilada Sauce 4 cupscumin, cilantro, tumeric, chili powder, to taste, green chilies or jalapenos
Directions
brown meat with onions and desired spices
Mix and set aside green enchilada sauce with fresh cilantro, diced canned or fresh chilies as desired
spray 9x13 cake pan
fill tortillas with meat mixture and line in pan
cover with sauce
Bake 425 till heated through and bubbly!
