Honey Dijon Cornish Hens

2 whole Cornish Hens2/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1/3 cup honey1/4 cup lemon juice2 Tablespoons minced onion3/4 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves1/2 cup chicken broth1 teaspoon cornstartch6 lemon slices, cut into halves
1. Place cornish hens on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, blend mustard, honey, lemon juice, onion, and rosemary in small bowl. Use 1/3 cup mustard mixture to brush over hens. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes more or until done.
3. Blend remaining mustard mixture, chicken broth, and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Add lemon slices. Cook for 1 minutes. Keep warm.
4. Serve hens with rice and heated mustard sauce. Garnish as desired.
