Ingredients
20lb Box Petite White Potatoes Frozen Product #60697511/2lb. Margarine2 cups Fat Free Sour Cream2 Quarts Skim Milk1oz. Salt2 TBS. Black Pepper
Directions
Steam Potatoes until tender. Do not over cook. Check in 15 minute sessions. Thoroughly drain water from potatoes.

Combine potatoes with remaining ingredients mix until smooth.
