Ham & cheese low carb quiche

Ingredients
mix almond flour, cheese and butter with 1 tbsp water in food processor - pat dough into bottom and up sides of 10 inch pie pan - bake at 350 degrees for 10 -12 minutes and coolshred cheese and mince ham - place on bottom of crust, add chopped scallions. Beat egg beaters, eggs, almond milk and cream. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and pinch of nutmeg to egg mix and beat. Pour over ham, cheese and onion and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool - serves 6 generously.
