Chicken & Cheese Casserolle

Ingredients
4 cups chicken Breast, chopped or diced2 10-oz packages frozen mixed vegetables4 tbsp. butter, salted4 tbsp. flour1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese4 tbsp. butter, salted1 cup white bread crumbs
Directions
Melt chicken bouillon in hot water. Melt 4 tbsp. butter in large saucepan, whisk in flour until it creates a paste. Pour in chicken bouillon/water mixture slowly and cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add cheddar cheese until melted. Cook frozen vegetables according to package instructions. Combine vegetables, chicken and sauce. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Melt 4 tbsp. butter and combine with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserolle. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
