Ingredients:*Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)*Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.33 cup (remove) - Optional
Directions
Cook potatoes, chickpeas, garlic, and corn in a large pan until potatoes are soft. Add Cheese. Serve hot.
