Grilled pineapple with caramel sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp +1.5 tsp, seperated4 slices of fresh or canned pineapple2 cups of sugar free vanilla ice cream1 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Heat a grill pan or saute pan over medium heat with 1.5 tsp of butter. When butter is melted add the pineapple slices and heat until caramelized (around 3-4 min on both sides.) In a separate pan heat the remaining butter, brown sugar and vanilla stirring occasionally until sugar is melted and the sauce takes on a dark brown color. Put pineapple in serving dish and top with 1/2 cup of the ice cream and drizzle 1/2 tbsp of the sauce over top.
