Ingredients
150g oats150g raisins1 whole apple with skin cut into small pieces3 cups water1 cup 1% fat milk
Directions
put all ingredients into a non stick pan and heat up - mix well until it thickens - serve - contains 2 portions of your daily fruit.

add the ground nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
