No dough - low carb pizza

Ingredients
*Cauliflower, frozen, cooked then grated (1 cup grated)* 1 Cup Mozarella Cheese, part skim milk* 1 egg, slightly beaten* 1 tsp. Oregano* 2 tsp. Parsley* 1/2 Cup of favorite pizza or Speghetti sauce (I used Classico Tomato & Basil for calculation of nutrient info)* favorite pizza toppings
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2) Mix the cooked, grated cauliflower, egg, cheese, and spices in a bowl.
3) Dump mixture onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray and flatten with hands into pizza shape - approx. 1/4 in. thick.
4) Cook for approx. 15 minutes. Crust should be golden brown.
5) Remove from oven and add speghetti sauce and favorite toppings.
6) put back into oven for about 5 minutes to cook toppings.
