Dairy free Garlic Mashed Potato

Ingredients
6 medium red potato1/4 cup of chicken broth (this replaces the milk)5 tbsp on smart balance buttery spread2 tsp of garlic powder
Directions
peel and slice the 6 medium potato
boil until soft
drain
return to pot
add broth, butter and garlic powder - beat or mash - and there you go garlic mashed without milk/dairy.. :)
