Cucumber Sour Cream

Ingredients
3 large English cucumbers, peeled and sliced2 cups Reduced Fat Sour Cream2.5 tbsp Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar.5 Sweet Vadallia Onion, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and slice cucumbers
Chop onion
In a large bowl layer the cucumbers, onions, salt and pepper, repeat until bowl full.
Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for 24-48 hours.

Whip Sour Cream and Apple Cider Vinegar in a large bowl.
Mix in the cucumbers and make sure the cucumbers are thoroughly covered.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for another 24 hours.

Ready to serve.
