1/2 grilled chicken breast7 ounces chopped sausage7 ounces medium shrimp; peeled, de-veined, no tails5 ounce pkg saffron rice1/3 cup chopped onion1 clove chopped garlic1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsley1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1 1/3 cup water
Place rice and water in rice cooker, set timer for 25 min. Add spices to rice cooker, stir and cover. Chop sausage and chicken into bite size pieces. Chop onion. Add chicken, sausage, shrimp and onions to rice cooker. Stir and re-cover for remaining 10 minutes. When timer goes off, stir and serve.
