Low Carb Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1 pkg. taco seasoning mix3/4 cup water1 tbs. olive oil4 cups shredded romaine lettuce1/2 cup chopped tomotoes8 tbs. fat free sour cream1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Chop lettuce & tomatoes into salad size pieces and set aside with cheese & sour cream.
Brown turkey in the olive oil as to the taco seasoning instructions. When turkey is browned add taco seasoning with water and add to meat. Simmer until this is reduced. Remove from heat when done.
In four bowls, spread one cup of shredded lettuce. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of tomatoes over the lettuce. Add 1/4 of the turkey taco mixture, top with 1/4 cup of cheese and 2 tbs. of sour cream.
