Chicken Goulash

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed1/2 large onion, diced3 garlic cloves, diced8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced1 jar of Ragu Parmesan Romano pasta sauce1 box of Mostaccioli pasta
Start water boiling for the pasta.
Cook the chicken until almost done, in a little olive oil in a large skillet. When almost done, add the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms have "sweated" and their water has evaporated. Season mixture with salt, pepper, basil, etc. Turn off heat.
Mix in the jar of pasta sauce. When the pasta is finished, drain it and add to skillet. Mix it all up. Serve with a sprinkling of grated parmesan.
