healthy swedish cake

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1/2 c oat bran1/2 c ground flax meal4 egg whites1/4 c honey3/4 c splenda1Tbsp baking soda2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 c water1- 20oz can crushed pineapple in juice undrained
Directions
Stir all ingredients together mixing well. pour in a glass 13x9 glass pan. bake at 350* for 25 min. do not overbake.
