Kristi's Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 bunch or 20 oz broccoli & 1 C water1/4 C. onion1/3 C margarine1/2 C whole wheat flour1 C chicken broth2 C milk2 C cheese1/8 t. nutmeg
Directions
Cook and puree broccoli with water - don't drain.
Saute 1/4 C finely chopped onion in 1/3 C margarine until tender.
Add and mix in 1/2 C flour.
Whisk in 1 C chicken broth.
Whisk in 2 C milk - blend until it starts to thicken.
Add broccoli.
Add 2 C cheese - any type.
Add 1/8 tsp. nutmeg.
Cook until done - don't boil.
