Ingredients
Thai Kitchen Coconut Ginger Soup, 1 canLight Coconut Milk, 1 canChicken Broth, lowfat, 1 can5 Fresh MushroomsFresh Cilantro
Directions
Put all of the canned ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat stirring occassionaly. While the soup is heating slice mushrooms and pluck cilantro leaves from the stems. When soup is heated add equal amounts of mushrooms, cilantro, and broth to each bowl. Makes 5 servings, 1 cup each.

Note: We eat the corn and mushrooms that come from the Thai Kitchen can but we dont eat the pepper, lemongrass, ginger etc.
