Mini Pumpkin Pies

Ingredients
1 large can pumpkin (29 oz)4 medium eggs1 cup 2% milk1 cup light brown sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp nutmeg2 tsp cinnamon2 premade - roll out pie crusts (9") Muffin Pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.

Lightly beat eggs then mix with pumpkin, milk, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Roll out and cut pie crusts into 2 inch squares.
Line muffin tins with crust and fill with pie mix..

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then lower temperature to 350 and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
