1 pkg of whole wheat linguine1 large Carrot1 yellow Squash1 zucchini2 Plum Tomatoes1 teaspoon olive oildash of salt2 garlic Cloves1 oz of fresh parmesan cheese
Cook pasta . Prepare vegies. Cut up carrot, squash, zucchini( I jullienne these ) . Core and cut up tomatoes in strips. Heat olive oil in pan with garlic add vegies to pan. Cook untill they are soft. Add pasta to pan with vegies. Add parm cheese and serve. Very lite and tasty.
