Ingredients
* Oat Bran, 1 cup (remove) * *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 6 tsp (remove) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove) * Egg white, 1 serving (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Blueberries, fresh, .75 cup (remove)
Directions
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN BOWL
ADD MILK , EGG, AND OIL AND VANILLA AND LET SET UNTIL THICK. ADD FROZEN BERRIES AND PUT INTO MUFFIN TIN. BAKE AT 375 FOR 15 MINUTES. LET SET 5 MINUTES BEFORE TAKING OUT OF PAN. VERY LOW CALORIE AND CARBS DUE TO USING PURE OAT BRAN.
VERY LIGHT AND TASTY. IF YOU LIKE A SWEETER MUFFIN ADD SOME SPLENDA POWDER TO TASTE.
