Spicy Low-Fat Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 pounds lean ground turkey3 slices whole wheat sandwich bread, made into coarse crumbs in food processor1small onion, chopped1 egg1 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes & green chiles1/2 cup Chili sauce1/2 cup fat-free shredded cheddar
Directions
Mix together first 7 ingredients and spread into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Spread chili sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
