Huge Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Rolled Oats3/4 Cup White Flour4 tbsp Butter, melted1/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar1 large Egg1 Egg white of large Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*

In one bowl combine the the oats and flour.
In another, combine --egg, sugar(s), butter, and vanilla extract.

Combine the wet/dry until moisture is thouroughly distributed. Add in pecans and chocolate chips.

Using an icecream scoop, portion out 12 scoops onto cookie sheest sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, then move to cooking rack.
