1 can 15oz or 425 gr. can pumpkin1 8 oz container sugar free Cool whip1 small box Sugar Free Vanillia Pudding1 cup skim milkPumpkin pie spice to taste.
Directions
Blend together pumpkin, sugar free pudding , skim milk. Stir in S/F cool whip. Chill over night.
