No Bake Low Fat Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
3 c. oatmeal, instant or old fashioned1 c. coconut, shredded1/4 c. cocoa1/2 c. butter1/2 c. milk1 c. sugar1 c. unsweetened applesauce1 t. vanilla
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients well.
Place butter, milk, sugar, applesauce and vanilla in saucepan and bring to boil. Allow to boil for a couple minutes.
Stir into dry ingredients well and use spoon to place cookies out on wax paper to cool. Makes 45-50 depending on size of cookie.
