South Beach Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower1 large onion chopped1 cup mushrooms chopped4 cloves of garlic1 lb extra lean ground beef2 cups shelled edamame1/2 cup low sodium beef broth4 tsp worcestershire low sodiumsalt & pepper3 tbs low fat sour cream1 egg1 cup low fat shredded cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Steam cauliflower until tender. Saute garlic, onion, mushrooms and crumbled beef until browned. Stir in edemame. Add broth, worcestershire and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish or indiviual ramakins. In a bowl whip cauliflower, sour cream and egg. Spread on top of meat mixture and sprinkle the cheese. Bake for 20 - 25 mins.

    Once you add the broth and worcestshire sauce sauté until it is well reduced try other cheeses. Sprinkle paprika on top and finish by broiling the cheese till beautifully browned.
